Introduction
E-Learning is the use of information and communication technology to enable people to learn anytime and anywhere. The development of technology had been increase through the years especially the one that related to mobile apps and web pages. In line with these rapid development, the usage of programming language had become important. These can be seen through the usage of creating webpages and also mobile apps. The system will aim children from the ages 9 to 12 years old where the system will be create based on their suitability and the way they will interact with the system that already had online. By these we will create a survey and research on how they use their gadget and their interest towards programming language.
The system will focus on the design and development where they will serve as supplementary tool for the children to learn basic programming. By using SDLC Methodologies, the system will use waterfall model where the flexibility of the system are suitable for the design and development process.
